DBS Bank has served generations of customers in Singapore, who have made them Asia's Safest, Asia's Best. During my tenure as Creative Director at The Imagination Group, I had the opportunity to work closely with DBS' Innovation team to create a tool to facilitate data collection. The data capture process cut down to 50% of the original time spent during on-site visits. By helping DBS staff to process information faster, we could connect DBS' Data Scientists to the reality of their customers in more accurate and meaningful ways, that would lead to better decision making on the spot, using complex algorithms to determine the best way forward.
